In Food, Inc., filmmaker Robert Kenner lifts the veil on the food industry, exposing the highly mechanized underbelly that has been hidden from consumers with the consent of government regulatory agencies, USDA and FDA. America's food supply is now controlled by a handful of corporations that often put profit ahead of consumer health, the livelihood of the American farmer, the safety of workers and our own environment. Interviews with Michael Pollan, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms and Gary Hirshberg of Stonyfield Organic Dairy.
Q&A to follow with local heritage beef farmers Allison and Larry Moore.
